宣传on friday & group pictures!

Hello people!

Please be reminded that we are having the xuan1 chuan2 thing on friday morning!
So, we need you guys to reach school by 6.30, if possible! if cannot, then diedie 7am must reach :D Yes we'll be kind of taking attendance, so pls come if not oO Hm.

we need your help to blow the balloons! :D and write the numbers 5,23,24,7 on it. ONLY ON 4 BALLOONS (: (each no. on one balloon) then the others we can write random stuff, as what felicia suggested, 月, 日, or some dun4 hao4 "、". Yeap i'll be allocating the people throwing the balloons etc.. so if you reallyreallyreally dont want to throw the balloons, or reallyreallyreally want to throw the balloons down, please sms me by tonight :) there'll be a total of 200 balloons, so we seriously need your help... in blowing 200 balloons .__.

the plan is that they'll be some ppl standing on both the second and first level, and during attendance taking people on the first level go to the very left, which is near to the audi. what i mean is dont go to your class for the flag raising :) yes. ppl on the second lvl also go to the very left, around admin block/library/2nd lvl audi area. PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE people on duty dont move about during flagraising! If not we'll get ... into a very camn situation :)

after blowing the balloons we'll leave them in an area if not the people coming down would either kick it, burst it, hug it, or bring it back to class. so once aft the flagraising thingo is over and announcements are being made, we'll chiong and get the balloons to our places asap.

the cue to throw the balloons is aft jiarern is speaking, the sentence “我们现在要丢气球” then boom! we throw it down, no lagness, if not it won't be nice =P so pls pay attention ah~

i'll try to come up with the list tonight, and again, i would post it here :) so pls check! i'll get the level reps to inform the level too, so no excuse for not coming before 7 like "oh i dont know need to come" or "没有人告诉我！" this kind of thing ... thanks alot :D

updates and eflyer

Hello people!

i've updated the formal cca blog, please inform yinkuan or me if you think that anything needs to be changed :) Haha yes and like what xinyan said, the formal blog is formal so try not to post ... Yah you know what :)

And Yay! the final poster would be out by next monday, and we've alr sent out the letters to vaious schs :) as for the emailing part, xiu hui will be going home and email, using our cca email. so kudos to xiuhui! :D:D Haha, for those who dont know, our cca email is nanyangjufang@gmail.com ... but at the formal cca blog, it was stated xunyimeng@gmail.com.. so im not really sure, i'm gonna reconfirm with xinyan tmr if possible:)

and please remember to return the tickets order forms by 2nd May! i think many of you missed that oO and haha yes please check the admin website too, if you forgot then ask someone bah

Hello people, again. this is the back design of the postcard.. sorry yeah its ugly but its not done yet, so just letting you guys see it to get a gist of what it is :) thank xinyan~

the info would be filled in and the "xunyimeng" would be replaced by tingchih's logo, as soon as she finished editing what jilaoshi wants her to :) so yea, aft that it'll be sent for printing and stuff.

kkay..today -- 《逆时针》 was doing props, so nth to say. 《天黑。闭眼》 rehearsed with laoshi, did ard 1 plus near 2 scenes, left 1.5 scenes there about, so gonna finish by next tues.. 《找寻无声的快乐》 hmm. the problems, most of them are still there, there was feedback that the rehearsal was just like starting from 0 agn, think its mostly due to yall not being able to catch up with lijia laoshi rite, so really, gotta revise,revise and revise. make sure ual pay attention when he's rehearsing. its easier to rmb when u noe wad's happening in ur show.

anws, the main pt, really want to commend some of u. For example our robber jasmine and yun4fu4 yutong, their acting arent the best, but really, they are trying. the two of them have probably been the ones rehearsing over their parts for the most number of times. it isnt perfect, it isnt super good, but, the effort that both of them have been putting in, think we can all see. their scene is like only 3 minutes, or even less. but they have been practising non stop despite their scene being super action-packed. so the pt here im trying to make is, they have only wad most of us will call "a small role" in the show, a short scene, but they ARE putting in that amt of effort. their efforts can bring up the atmosphere a bit, but without that a bit from each and every actor, it wun help much. Each of the actors on stage, everything you do, it can make a big difference to the mood of the show, to the atmosphere u put the audience in. also, jasmine and yutong arent the only ones putting in the effort of cux, quite a few of yall are, so keep it up and for those who havent been giving it ur best, pls try to kkay:))!

some reminders:
1. SMs and wumei leaders - dateline today..those things supposed to be due today that are not in, pls pls get them in by this fri 2000hrs LATEST. the other datelines will NOT be pushed back any further since uall noe its alrd been pushed back numerous times. so, those due today, dateline extended to fri 8pm. other datelines remains UNCHANGED. jiayous bah. if ualll nid help, tell me. and daoyans, try to help ur SMs along!

2. Programme booklet - the msges that were supposed to be in long time ago. pls get it sent to vivian by this thurs 2200hrs. thus far, only 3-4 have been received. so those who nid to write, send them in fast! dun drag admin's dates too.

3. Photos for each show and wumei grp - SMs and leaders, pls rmb. by 19 April Saturday.

4. Assembly publicity - those in charge rmb to continue

Oh yes. for the poster printing thing, its processing, but im not sure when it'll come out. its the accounts thingo i think.. not really sure but yeah its on the way :/

eh.. those people who came at 3pm today :D yay! Haha.. at least we didn't forget that tuesdays we're supposed to report at 3. except some people who forgot, hope you'll remember next time :) Ya, for the 开声 part.. pls lah, pay attention can? you see shimun and wandong there shouting like mad, yet ual still there chattering among yourselves ... ): sad leh.. and -____________- for the running part. yes thats the worst. i see people walking. Yes, literally WALKING. sorry but ZZZ, whats the point of WALKING for around the track? i mean.. ok walk abit run abit can.. but not walk for the whole thing. i see people doing that. You know~ the purpose of running is to improve our stamina so we can speak better on stage and project our voice.. and if walking helps then we're improving it everyday then there isn't a need for PE alr isn't it. and if this goes on ah.. i'm going to force the ppl doing that to represent nanyang for a brisk walking competition man, 为校争光 :D i hope the person doing that will try to run ok :] and yes alot ppl not feeling well, take care ok! :) but you see, weiting, simhwee and some other ppl wasn't feeling well either but they tried to run, so just try your best lah :D Yay

watched part of the show today. as in, ual know which wan lah. Hm overall i think there's improvement.. from the previous ones i saw where everyone is like, slack at the corner. and only go to the scene only when your daoyan calls you there blahblahblah...but eh. i understand that some of lines are just to contribute to the scene background, but you must be louder in order to CONTRIBUTE. yes cos if you use normal voice its nothing different from silence~ so yeayeayea i hope the ppl (park scence) can take note of it...

Hello seniors and 'batchmates'!!!
Xin Zhuo/Lucy/'Xunlu' here. Yay, I'm the 1st Sec 1 to post. I mean, to spam the blog with nonsense that is not even related to the production. A bit nervous that this will get deleted because of it containing too much nonsense.
Okay, firstly, to make this post non-spam-ish, let me just say this: Production count-down: 47 days!
Really. 47 days.
So let's us work hard! (and let me remember what did Lilaoshi tell me to do for my scene. Don't kill me, whoever-who-feel-like-killing-me-because-I-can't-remember-what-to-do. Thank you. I'm TRYING to remember.)

NOW I can spam. Yay.
Okay, not really. Let me introduce to all of you some of the new vocab words my fellow Sec 1s have came up with (so that you can get an idea of what/who are we talking about).

-Apple = AEPers. Like Ting Chih!
-Hamper = HMPers. Like no one in the CCA. Because as Tai De (see below) pointed out to me, people in HMP will have to join Music CCAs. So, yeah. :( (Oh, there's Li Lan, of course, but that's of a different type of 'hampers'. As in literally a hamper. XD )
-Jeeper= GEPers. Like Sim Hwee! :D

-Crazy Bian Tai De (aka Crazy) = Wei Hui
-Bian Tai De (aka Tai De) = Ming Hui
-Yutou/Youtong/... = Yutong

Uh, that's it???

haix. kkay think im seeming weird~~. highing at the blog but yet scolding you guys in cca. well, someone just mentioned to me i should tell yall what i was thinking about instead of just ranting at my own blog. this, uall can dun read.. not announcement ah.. but well, the thing is, many ppl are really putting in a lot of effort into the prod, i can see that. but really, some of us arent really giving as much, or even enough to be fair to those who are putting in their bests. some ppl are really committing a lot. but yet when those few dun even mind rushing back thru the rain for rehearsals, some of us havent been giving them wad they need from their fellow actors to get into the mood. honestly, one of the reason i was so upset on thur was because of lack of effort from some ppl to maintain the atmosphere in the show by giving our best in acting our parts. and ya..dun keep getting the impression that its gurengurenguren, its happening in all three shows to be honest..so ya, i understand that its not possible to keep the mood there all the time, but try kkay? at least do our bests when SMs or directors need a proper run? help to motivate and encourage each other bah. its only possible to get into the mood when ur opponents are in the show as well, so stay enthu and keep to ur characters bah. SMs, do try to keep to schedules, trust me, really, its going to kill to cheong last min just because we din stick to the datelines we ourselves set in the first place. many of the stuffs are more of ensuring datelines are kept to, by wumei, by directors. really, its up to how we choose to prioritise bah. wumei leaders also have to keep the dates set by the SMs, if not there's really no point in the datelines lor. its not easy, but it can be done. but still, it needs effort from every single one of us, ALL of us. without the acting kept to datelines, the wumeis cant work, SMs cant work. without wumei, the shows cant continue, the SMs cant move on. without SMs keeping to schedules, wumei dun get their stuffs they cant work, directors dun get work done they cant continue. its a cycle, and it really requires each and every single one of c.drama to steer the wheel. anyway, i've got to apologise for my lack of control also, honestly i havent been doing much myself either. sorry for some of the tempers lately too. 've been giving myself many excuses bah. maybe we all have.hmm. really, if theres anything uall want to say, just tell me kkay? i really dun mind, seriously. and ya, really got to thank some of you guys who've told me abt what yall think and stuffs, and all that encouragement as well. anw, well, its late, but not too late. its 6 weeks. we have only 6 weeks left! 4, before the few of us leave. there really isnt enough time, but we can finish what we need to as long as we really want. be it admin, or be it technical wise, just do what we can, put in what we have bah. treasure the prod, once its over it wun come back again. u might have a next xunyimeng, u might have a next prod, but it wun ever be the same again. so treasure what we can, and make it a memory worth remembering, an experience not to be forgotten and a journey we will never regret bah. jiayous, nyjf. stick it through! do it, love it, and we'll do it well.

sorry for the late post. just reached home thanks to 961:P.. kkay some updates and announcements:

1. Photos for programme booklet - SMs and wu mei leaders please round up the ppl in your group or show(including daoyan, fudaoyan, urself and scriptwriters), and get the photo taken as a group and have it sent to me through email by 19/4/08, friday 2100hrs. Please also make sure that ppl are either in hongzi or cca jackets. for sec 1s who dun hav the jackets and ur grp wans to wear it, feel free to borrow it from any of us. emcees, same for the two of you too. :))

2. Additional rehearsals - SMs will be collating the schedules (mon,wed,fri,sat) of actors in each show, then we got to arr for extra sessions beyond the tues and thurs. li jia laoshi has gotten another 20 hours, so we gotta make use of it well bah. JIAYOUS =) just a reminder - SMs to send me the schedules of ALL the ppl in your show including daoyans, SM, bianju by tmr nite 2200hrs. for wumei leaders, pls send me your own as well once u see this=)

3. Tech datelines - i have sent out the latest overall tech schedule. SMs are gg to update theirs and wumei leaders and grp, pls keep to them. we've alrd pushed back the dates as far as possible, so if theres any delays, we arent gg to make it on time. so jiayous=)

4. Napfa - recently there will be a lot of ppl gg for napfa, do inform ur SM, daoyans and yannrong. and try to come back ASAP kkay..

5. Checking of prod structure - posted previously. ppl pls check when u see this or it will be taken to be confirmed by tmr 2200hrs.

6. Programme booklet - those who are supposed to write somethings, do write! :) and send it to vivian by friday nite, 4 april 2200 hrs.

7. Change of blog address - this blog has to be turned public as admin has it printed on the posters already. So, as of thurs onwards, we will change the blog address for this one. meaning --this blog (aka private prod blog) will have a new address wheras xun-yimeng will be for the public access. as for the new address, it will be confirmed on thurs during cca. but still, POST MORE at this private blog even aft it shifts=))

8. SJI drama club production - 'Out of Order' @ SJI PAC dates: 11 April 8pm, 12 April 2pm, 8pm. Ticket priced @ $15. Interested, let me know by this friday?
