kkay. firstly, thankyou everyone for the qgy! and SEC 1s! for the great performance.. really touching. thanks.

so.. now here are the etra details for We Sing Our Songs

the attire will be as such: teeshirt, berms/pants/jeans.
for ppl that will be on duty for the night shift, we will provide the practice tee for them to change into. However this time around, we need them to return the tees after the event.

Please bring water bottles as the day may get hot...

Duties for the afternoon shift ppl would include helping with food prep and goodie bag packing. Duties for night shift ppl would include selling of food stuffs and venue ushers. and EVERYONE is welcomed to join the mass singing when the event starts!

Note that although shift 2 ends at 8pm, the actual event ends at 1030pm. You guys will be free to leave from 8pm onwards though.

(Just kidding about the try part.)

We may not be able to do as well as the seniors, but we will really really TRY OUR BEST.

We still have 2 years to learn.

We won't let you (all the seniors) down.

(Hopefully.)

And seniors, we really do love you all a LOT!!!

(Sec 4 seniors you'd all BETTER come back next year and the year after next and the year after and...)

Okays it's starting to sound like end of year or something. Let me change topic. XD

So, in case anyone is wondering, Jasmine and Minghui are the the ones responsible for writing both the script and the songs! *applauds*

(And I'm the idiot who high-ed with them but didn't do anything. XDD)

Oh and this is what we were so 'secretive' about. LOL.

Hmm we'll go back to normal next week (I think).

And everyone, check your email some day soon okay? Because May did a montage that was supposed to be played, but since we can't find a room with a projector in the BS, we can't play it. So she's going to send it to everyone! (Then we can all admire it. XDD)

Hi people!

Just informing you who would be preparing the stuff for qinggongyan, and who's in-charge of what (food, drinks...)

1. Fiona - Drinks
2. Livia - Logistics (Paper plates, cups, cutlery etc..)
3. Wei Ting - Ordering of Food

For the food, please sms/email me if you have any suggestions :D

For drinks, please sms Fiona (Get her number from Yutong if you don't have it, Yutong, I hope you don't mind! d:) Of course you can also tag lah, but there's chance of us not seeing it xP

After deciding what food we would be having, I will help weiting (hopefully livia and fiona too :p)with the buying/ordering of food. So any Sec 1s or Sec 2s who are free (no third lang) please offer your help! :) Then we would be going to buy food (most likely from Sheng Shiong, since Fiona suggested that it's cheap) on wednesday afternoon. Btw, people who can help please tell me :D

Anyway, what we have now currently:

2 Disposable cups (So we don't have to buy these) from Shi Mun too, thanks again :D

We are looking for two actors to fit two characters, a girlfriend and a mother, in the show. If you could recommend two actors that fit the roles, that would be great. We would not mind auditioning the actors if there are any difficulties in deciding the actors. The actors must be free on Fridays because Fridays are our official CCA day where everyone would be present and is an ideal time to rehearse. hey peeps..

some updates:
1. tmr - the new tchr will be coming. please be dressed in your pe attires and report to boarding school punctually.

2. for the evaluation done, wumei leaders, and each show's SM, daoyan and scriptwriter, please give me your evaluation of the things throughout prod.

Do include:

• As a group, an overview of what have been done during prod.
• According to each show, the challenges and difficulties faced for that part of wumei + how the problem was solved (can include tips for future reference)
• Areas For Improvement for the future prods as a grp (eg how we can function as a group / coordinate within groups)
• And of cox...what was done well...
• Any other things to mention...

3. Qing gong yan will be on the 24 of july, the thurs on which we have our last tests. LEVEL REPS: pls check with your level the time their last paper ends on that day and email to the group doing qgy, cc to yannrong, xinyan n me.

4. Prod video viewing at TTP - we will be going to the theatre practice to view the videos of two shows on 29 july and 5 august respectively. LEVEL REPS: to cfm attendance for those who werent at cca yest. the rest should be going unless stated otherwise yesterday

5. CCA fund - those who owe your level reps $$, rmb to pay up tmr
